Trade details, submitted by the Securities and Exchange Commission, which are sent out to market makers, brokers, and/or clearinghouses. Information given includes security’s name, trading date, price, and shares. Originally printed on a blue paper, these institutions frequently request the details to know if there has been any illegal activity beneath a transaction or determine why a specific security experienced a huge volatility level.
