BRAND PIRACY
Situation where a specific product is named similarly to a recognized brand. Consumers may mistake it for the actual brand names, breaking trademark laws. Pirated brand frequently have logos resembling the design of a true product including color, font, layout, or symbols. It is often done to mislead consumers and attract some market share.
