BUILDERS RISK COVERAGE FORM
Insurance policy encompassing residential and commercial establishments while being constructed, remodelled, or renovated. It includes equipment, foundations, fixtures, machineries, materials and supplies, and debris removal in case of a loss. The coverage excludes land, landscaping, antennas or satellites, construction materials in transit, scaffolding, construction trailers, materials from the job site, theft, and signs not attached to the building.
