BULL PUT SPREAD
Options trading strategy in which an investor purchases a lower price of the underlying asset. It is designed by acquiring one put option while selling another put option with a greater strike price at the same time. Since the short put option is more costly than the long put option, the investor begins to earn profit that can be kept if the underlying stock is still lower than the higher strike price. This makes the short option to mature worthless.
