BULLET TRANSACTION
Loan in which all principal is repaid when the loan matures instead of paying it on an installment basis over the loan’s lifetime. Only interest is paid off during the loan term. Having two or more tranches, several tranches have different maturities and/or interest rates. A firm may use this loan for working capital, either to acquire equipment or fund an acquisition.
