Administrative system which implements a set of rules and processes, separation of responsibilities and hierarchical structure in imposing controls over a government, organization, or social system. It also pertains to a huge group of individuals engaged in running a government who are not elected. Huge administrative staffs are the most common in huge entities that need standardized rules and procedures or consistency in various business activities.
