Provisions of a business insurance policy which cover personal property and buildings. Stated in the simplified commercial lines portfolio (SCLP) policy, coverage is extended in three ways: buildings owned by the business including fixtures, equipment, and materials; personal property owned by business; and personal property possessed by other parties.
