BUSINESS LIABILITY INSURANCE
Insurance which protects a company or business event against formal lawsuit or other third-party claim. Coverage includes financial liability incurred on top of expenses relative to the company’s legal defense. Business liability insurance has three types: general liability insurance, product liability insurance, and professional liability insurance.
