CABINET CROWD
NYSE has members who usually trade in inactive bonds. This particular crowds is composed of few groups of investors and traders who in inactive permanent earnings securities. These bonds are inactive due because they are not usually exchanged and, thus, are considered more illiquid, making bid-ask spreads to be much broader than active or more liquid bonds.
"Inactive bond crowd" or "book crowd" are the other terms used to call Cabinet crowd.
