CANADA MORTGAGE AND HOUSING CORPORATION - CMHC
A corporation funded by the Canadian administration that gives mortgage loans to people who wants to purchase a house. Established as a crown corporation, the CMHC provides housing to soldiers returning from WWII. As time passed by, the CMHC changed to also include the development and planning of housing projects in city areas, as well as study into real estate latest.
