CAPITAL FORMATION
A word used to characterized net capital development during the time of accounting. Capital formation talks about the additional net of main stock such as intermediate goods, buildings and equipment. A nation utilize capital stock mixed with labour to produce goods and give services; an improvement in this capital stock is called as capital formation.
