Primary securities exchange market of Venezuela. Founded in 1947, it is regulated by the National Securities Commission. It traces its origins in 1805, when the Casa de Bolsa y Recreación de los Comerciantes y Labradores was created under Spanish colonialism. Also called Bolsa de Valores de Caracas.
