CASH OR DEFERRED ARRANGEMENT - CODA
Method of funding any qualified profit sharing or stock bonus plan. The arrangement allow employees to contribute some of his salary to the plan so that the savings can grow tax-deferred. Cash bonus is the most common type of CODA, which is paid into an employee’s 401(k) plan, but could also be a salary deduction.
