CASH-FLOW FINANCING
Financing in which the loan is guaranteed by a firm’s expected cash flows. The repayments or schedules for such loans are based on the company’s postulated future cash flows. Normally, debt covenants on these loans are keen on substantial levels of EBITDA growth and margins, and also manageable levels of interest expenses. Also called cash-flow loan.
