CERTIFIED ASSET PROTECTION ANALYST - CAPA
Professional designation awarded to professionals who have the following: completed a course in either Wealth Management, Tax Treaties Law and Planning, Offshore Financial Services, or Advanced International Tax Planning; five-year experience; and took the CAPA course. The CAPA programs encompass international tax, asset protection, immigration law, and estate planning. The American Academy of Financial Management (AAFM) gives this certification.
