CLIMAX
Market situation describing a very high trading volume and a dramatic upward or downward price movement. It is frequently followed by a steep price correction. High volume and downward price movement signals a selling climax while high volume and upward price movement denotes a buying climax. Either climax indicates the end of a trend.
