CLIVE W.J. GRANGER
British econometrician who received the 2003 Nobel Prize in Economics, along with American economist Robert Engle, for analyzing economic time series with common trends (cointegration) in predicting market movements and economic trends. His other major contribution was the Granger causality. Governments, economists, academics, and world banks widely use Granger’s analytical methods.
