Business buy-sell agreement stipulating the surviving stakeholders must acquire all of the shares the deceased owner or partner possessed. It outlines the funding method and the price at which shares must be purchased. The funding method include Individual Stock Purchase Plan (Cross Purchase Plan) and Corporation Stock Purchase Plan (Stock Redemption Plan).
