CLUSTER ANALYSIS
Investment technique classifying securities according to the correlation on its returns. Securities with high positive correlations are gathered and separated from securities with negative correlations. Very little correlation should exist between every cluster. Holding stocks in between clusters gives diversification in a portfolio.
