COMMON POOL RESOURCE - CPR
Resource benefiting a group of individuals, but diminishes benefits to evert should each of them pursue his own self-interest. The CPR’s value can be reduced by overuse since the resource supply is limited, hence scarcity. This can result to tragedy of the commons problem.
