CONVENIENCE OF EMPLOYER TEST
Test administered which determines whether meals, lodging, transportation, or other expenses incurred by an employer are taxable or not. It requires any costs paid for by the employer must be only for the convenience of the employer and incurred on his premise, if applicable. On that note, these expenses are not included in the worker’s income.
