CONVEXITY ADJUSTMENT
Changed which must be made to a forward interest rate or yield in order to obtain the expected interest rate or yield in the future. It pertains to the difference between the forward interest rate and future interest rate. The difference should be added to the former to get the latter. Such adjustment arises due to non-liner relationship between bond prices and yields.
