CREDIT CARD
Card the financial institution issues, which allows the holder to borrow pre-approved funds, normally at the point of sale, in order to complete purchase. Credit card companies impose interest normally used for short-term financing. Charging interest begins one month following a purchase. The institution sets the borrowing limits based on the individual’s creditworthiness.
