CREDIT CARD ACCOUNTABILITY, RESPONSIBILITY AND DISCLOSURE ACT OF 2009
Act limiting how credit card firms can charge their clients but it excludes rate caps, price controls, or fee settings. It prohibits arbitrary interest rate hikes and imposing penalties to customers who pay their obligations on time.
