Detailed report outlining an individual’s credit history written by a credit bureau, which a lender uses in determining a loan applicant’s creditworthiness. Report includes personal data, summary of credit history, account information, queries on applicant’s credit history, any accounts transferred to a credit agency, and disputing any of the above-mentioned information.
