CREDIT SUPPORT ANNEX
Supporting documentation which provides credit protection by establishing the rules in mutual posting of collateral. It is used in validating collateral arrangements between two parties trading privately negotiated derivative or over-the-counter securities. Developed by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, it indicates the rules and procedures for using the collateral in backing traded securities.
