CREDITOR
Individual or institution which extends credit to an entity provided it is paid back at a specified date. Creditors are classified into two: personal and real. Personal creditors pertain to individuals that loan money to family and friends. Real creditors have legal contracts in which the borrower is granted the permission to claim any of the debtor’s real assets should he fail to repay his loan.
