CROWN LOAN
Demand loan with no maturity date. Normally made by a wealthy parent or grandparent, the loan is named after American industrialist and philanthropist Henry Crown, the first individual who used this type of loan. Borrowers can invest the borrowed funds and pay lower income taxes since they belong to a lower tax bracket.
