CULT BRAND
Product or service with robust and loyal customer base. These customers are almost fanatic and true believers in the brand, and may also have a sense of ownership or vested interest in its popularity and success. Such brands have established a distinct connection with customers and can form a consumer culture which individuals want to be part of. Some examples of cult brands include Apple, Mini Cooper, Harley-Davidson, Vespa, and Zappos.
