CURRENCY WARRANTS
Financial instrument, attached to currency issues, that is used to hedge currency risk or bet on currency fluctuations. Like other option derivatives, the currency warrant derives its value from the underlying exchange rate. It is also priced the same with currency. The holder has the right to exchange an amount of a single currency into another at an indicated exchange rate on or before the given date.
