CURRENT EXPOSURE METHOD
System that measures the credit risk of default from swaps, forwards, options, and other contracts. An investor’s total exposure is tantamount to the replacement cost of all contracts currently in the money and the credit exposure risk of possible changes in prices or volatility of that asset. Also called current pre-settlement exposure.
