CURRENT POPULATION SURVEY
Statistical survey conducted monthly by the US Census Bureau of Labor Statistics. The survey aims to identify the unemployment rate of some regions, income of the individual surveyed, hours the respondent works, and other demographic factors. The agency takes a sample of some 60,000 houses, focusing on individuals aged 15 and above.
