DISTRIBUTION YIELD
Amount of income received or paid out by an annuity, real estate investment trust (REIT), or other income paying instruments. It is determined by dividing the distributions paid by the net asset value. It can gauge the investment cash flow an investment provides relative to the expense paid for that.
