Division under the Federal Reserve Board overseeing the Federal Reserve Banks’ policies and operations, as well as the financial services to depository institutions within the United States. The Board of Governors authorized the director of the Division of Reserve Bank Operations and Payment Systems to design accounting policies for the Reserve Banks.
