DOUGLAS R. CONANT
Former President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of Campbell Soup Company. He spent his entire career working for prepackaged foods corporations. His career began when he worked for General Mills in 1976. He joined Kraft in 1989. Then, he moved to Nabisco in 1992 and joined Campbell’s in 2001. He also acts as Chairman of Avon Products and the Kellogg Executive Leadership Institute at Northwestern University. In 2011, he established ConantLeadership, a growing community of individuals devoted to improve the quality of leadership in the 21st century.
