DUAL INDEX MORTGAGE
Mortgage in which the interest rate paid on the outstanding balance is indexed to an interest rate benchmark plus a margin, and the actual total mortgage payments are connected to a benchmark of wages and salaries in a specific economy or region. The initial mortgage payment is determined at a particular level, and increases or decreases based on the wage and salary index.
