EARNINGS BEFORE TAX - EBT
Measuring a firm’s financial performance excluding taxes, which is computed as revenue less expenses. It is a line on the firm’s income statement showing how much a company has generated after deducting the cost of products sold, interest and selling, and general and administrative costs.
