EBIT/EV MULTIPLE
Financial ratio used in gauging a firm’s return on investment. While the ratio is rarely used, it has some advantages in differentiating companies. Using EBIT in measuring profitability removes the potential distorting effects of differences in tax rates, as normalizes the outcomes of several capital structures.
