EMPLOYMENT AGENCY FEES
Fee charged for rendering the service of matching employers and employees. An employment agency, public organizations and private firms, match employers with appropriate employees. There are two kinds of employment agency fees: employer-paid fee and applicant-paid fee. In employer-paid fee, the employer pays the fee. Most employment agencies prefer this kind of fee arrangement. In applicant-paid or employee-paid fee, the applicant pays the service charge for finding an employer. Normally, it is a one-time payment to the client-employee for being employed.
