EMPLOYMENT COST INDEX - ECI
Quarterly report measuring the growth of employee compensation such as wages and benefits. Compiled by the US Department of Labor’s Bureau of Labor Statistics, it is based on a poll of employer payrolls in the last month of every quarter. It also monitors the movement in the labor cost including wages, fringe benefits, and bonuses for workers at all degrees of a firm.
