ENTERPRISE-VALUE-TO-REVENUE MULTIPLE - EV/R
Business valuation metric comparing a firm’s enterprise value and its revenues for a given period, usually one year. It is one of many fundamental indicators the investors use to know if a stock is priced well. Also, it is frequently used to determine a firm’s valuation in the event of a possible acquisition.
