Market which exists between firms and financial institutions used to generate equity capital for a firm. Some activities these firms engage overall marketing, distribution and allocation of new issues, special warrants, public offerings, and private stocks. Along with stocks, it also deal with derivative vehicles such as futures, options, and swaps.
