EUROEQUITY
Stock newly public firm issue, aiming to generate more money. It refers to an initial public offer happening simultaneously in two countries. Shares of firms are listed in many countries than in its country of origin. It is different from cross-listing in which company shares are listed in the home market and in another country. Sometimes, these are European securities sold on various national markets. Also called Euroequity issue.
