EVERGREEN FUNDING
- British term for a revolving credit arrangement in which the borrower regularly renews the debt funding.
- Gradual infusion of capital in a new or recapitalized enterprise. This funding is different from the instance in which the total capital needed for a business venture is provided up-front. Firms invest in short-term, low-risk securities until it can finance business operations.
