EXCHANGE-TRADED OPTION
Option contract traded on a regulated exchange, which standardizes the terms of every option, in order to know the underlying asset, quantity expiration date, strike price in advance. These exchanges do not trade over-the-counter options and allow customization of the option terms. Also called listed options.
