EXPANDED SHARE BUYBACK
Increase in a firm’s existing share repurchase plan. It accelerates a company’s share repurchase plan leading to a faster constriction of its share float. Its market impact lies on its magnitude. The higher the amount it exceeds the plan, the more optimistic the market’s response to it.
