GAMMA PRICING MODEL
Formula for identifying the fair market value of a European-style option once the price movement on the underpinning asset does not resemble normal distribution. It aims to price options where the underlying asset has a distribution either long-tailed or skewed, in which dramatic market moves appear with higher frequency than would be predicted using normal distribution of returns.
