Run-down urban area primarily inhabited by a sole minority group. They are frequently characterized by the following: high unemployment, broken families, gang activity, high crime, insufficient municipal services, high rates of dropout from school, widespread drug use, and absence of businesses. Due to their poor conditions, real estate value in these communities are usually way cheaper than in other areas.
