GOODWILL TO ASSETS RATIO
Ratio gauging a company’s total assets by the amount of goodwill compared to the total assets on the balance sheet. It is useful for trailing a firm’s usage of goodwill. Excessive use of goodwill can result to problems. Computed as:
Goodwill to Assets = Goodwill / Total Assets
