UK government employee working for the Government's Actuary Department (GAD). The department gives actuarial consulting services for the public at a fixed fee. It renders consulting on several actuarial and statistical topics: actuarial training, healthcare financing, insurance, occupational pensions, pensions policy and regulation, social security, and staff transfers.
